Domestic Shipping (United States)
- Standard shipping: $8.95 (3–5 business days)
- Free standard shipping on orders over $75
- Express shipping: $18.95 (1–2 business days)
- We ship Monday through Thursday to ensure freshness
- Orders placed before 12 PM ET ship same day
Temperature-Sensitive Items
Chocolate and caramel products ship with insulated packaging and ice packs during warm weather months (May–September). Additional cold pack fee of $5.95 applies when ambient temperatures exceed 75°F at destination.
Delivery Areas
We currently ship to all 50 US states and Washington, D.C. We do not ship to P.O. boxes for perishable items. International shipping is not available at this time.
Gift Delivery
Gift orders include complimentary handwritten notes and premium gift packaging at no additional charge. You may specify a future ship date during checkout (up to 30 days in advance).
